Raised in Lake Forest, Brynn’s acute knowledge of the local market is as deeply rooted as her relationships here. For us, listing a home and buying a new home at the same time was complicated in a town with few options, like Lake Bluff. Thanks to her relationships, we were given an exclusive look at the home we ended up purchasing before anyone else. Brynn approaches listings in a thoughtful way; she expertly understands the comps, and because she’s a resident, helped us understand nuanced reasons for shifts in the market. She’s a skilled listener, quickly understanding what we needed (and wanted) in a home, but she also has a unique, innate gift for design. Nearly a year later, we still consult her about things we wish to change and she happily helps us visualize the possibilities.

My husband and I worked with Brynn this year to find our first home together as a married couple. Brynn identified our individual preferences and helped us find a home that blended our styles and highlighted the aspects that were most important to us as a couple. She always paid very close attention to detail during our search and throughout our closing, which involved some creativity during the pandemic.
